• UV-coated natural plywood interiors with adjustable 3/4" plywood shelves designed to prevent sagging under load.

Hardware

• Soft-close drawers and doors with concealed 6-way adjustable hinges capable of a full 110° opening.

Drawer Construction

• 5/8" dovetail drawer box providing strong tensile resistance and durable load-bearing capability.

Finish

• Factory-applied Sherwin-Williams coating that resists abrasion, cleaning chemicals, and daily wear.

• Samples: up to 2 free per color.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our key return and claim guidelines below.

Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unassembled, unused, and in original packaging.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Sample doors may be returned with no restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items

• Assembled, modified, or custom cabinets
• Accessories, trims, and hardware

Refunds

• Issued after inspection and approval by our warehouse.
• Typically processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.

Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

• Must be filed within 5 days of delivery through our Claims Portal.
• Include order number, photos, and a list of affected items.
• Approved claims are resolved within 5–7 business days via replacement or parts.

Important Notes

• Assembled or installed items are not eligible for claims.
• Visible damages must be reported at delivery.
• Residential deliveries are curbside only — assistance may be required to unload.
• We recommend ordering samples to confirm color and finish before purchase.
