5 Year Warranty

1) Overview

At NextCabinets.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. We provide a 5-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser for residential use, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal household conditions.


2) Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to:

  • The original purchaser
  • Products used in a residential environment
  • Orders supported by proof of purchase (order confirmation and/or order number)

This warranty does not apply to products installed or used in commercial or non-residential environments.


3) What’s Covered

Under normal residential use, this warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Issues that prevent the product from performing as intended when properly stored, assembled, installed, and maintained

Hardware Coverage
Hardware components (including hinges, drawer glides, and handles) may be replaced unconditionally under this warranty.


4) Warranty Remedy (What We Will Do)

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, NextCabinets will determine, at our discretion, whether to:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the defective product or component with a functionally equivalent part

Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty.


5) What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover issues caused by or related to:

  • Improper handling, storage, assembly, or installation
  • Product modifications, alterations, or field customization
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, water intrusion, or prolonged moisture exposure
  • Intentional damage, accident, negligence, misuse, or abuse
  • Fire, flood, or other natural disasters
  • Harsh, abrasive, or improper cleaning chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear, surface aging, or incidental damage over time
  • Use in commercial or non-residential environments

6) Appearance, Color & Natural Material Variation

Because cabinetry includes natural materials and finished surfaces, the following are not considered defects:

  • Natural wood characteristics (grain variation, mineral streaks, knots, shade differences)
  • Minor finish variations across batches or over time
  • Changes caused by lighting, UV exposure, household conditions, or normal aging

Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or finish due to natural material differences and product/finish updates over time.


7) Labor, Installation & Project Costs (Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor charges for removal, assembly, installation, or reinstallation
  • Contractor fees, jobsite delays, lost time, or project downtime
  • Costs related to accessing, removing, or reinstalling cabinets or components
  • Any incidental or consequential costs associated with the claim

8) How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, email support@nextcabinets.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue (what is happening and which item/component is affected)
  • Photos that clearly show the issue (and surrounding context if helpful)
  • Your order number or a copy of your purchase confirmation

Response time: Our team will review your submission within 72 hours (3 business days) and reply with next steps. We may request additional photos or information to verify the issue.

In some cases, we may request that the defective component be returned or made available for inspection before a replacement is issued.


9) Shipping & Replacement Costs

If your warranty claim is approved:

NextCabinets will cover shipping and handling costs for the replacement parts or products related to the approved claim.

If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage:

We will notify you and may offer repair or replacement options at a reasonable cost.


10) Service Terms & Replacement Availability

  • NextCabinets reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Approved warranty service will be provided at no additional cost for the covered component(s).
  • Replacement components may be updated versions or functionally equivalent items based on availability.
  • If a product or component is discontinued, we may provide a matching component if available or the closest comparable alternative.

11) Legal Notice

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
