Shipping policy
1) Before You Order
We want to make sure your experience is seamless from start to finish. Here's what you need to know before placing your order.
Free Shipping:
- Orders over $2,800 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
- For orders under $2,800, shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
Order Processing Time:
- Standard Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or Large Orders may take 3–6 business days to process.

- FedEx Ground
- Estes LTL Freight
Alaska & Hawaii:
Shipping costs for Alaska & Hawaii are quoted individually. Please contact us at support@nextcabinets.com for estimates.
2) While It's Shipping
Once your order is placed, here’s what happens:
Estimated Delivery Time:
- USPS Ground: 2–12 business days
- FedEx Ground: 3–10 business days
- Estes LTL Freight: 3–16 business days
Order Tracking:
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
3) At Delivery
When your order arrives, it’s important to follow these steps to ensure a smooth delivery process:
Receiving Checklist:
- Inspect packaging: Check for visible damage before signing for delivery.
- Count items: Ensure all items listed on your delivery receipt are present.
- Photos: Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging and items.
Residential Delivery:
Curbside delivery: The driver will drop your order off at the curb/driveway. You are responsible for moving the items inside.
Delivery Address Issues:
Ensure the delivery location is accessible for the carrier. If access is limited, you may need to arrange a different delivery method.
Split Shipments:
Your order may ship in multiple shipments. Please verify that all packages are received before signing for delivery.
4) After Delivery (Issues)
If something isn’t right with your order, we have an easy-to-follow process for handling damage or missing items:
Damage Claims:
Visible Damage:
- Report any visible damage immediately at the time of delivery. If no signature is required, file an online notice with the carrier.
- Notify NextCabinets within 3–5 calendar days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
Concealed Damage (discovered after delivery):
- Notify NextCabinets within 7 calendar days with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
Missing Items:
Notify NextCabinets within 10 calendar days if any items are missing. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to File a Claim:
- You can submit a claim through our Claims Portal or email support@nextcabinets.com.
- Provide the order number, contact details, and photos of the damaged items (if applicable). Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of delivery.
Resolution Process:
Claims will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. If the claim is approved, replacement parts or a solution will be arranged promptly.
Exclusions:
- Assembled, installed, or modified items are not eligible for claims.
- Improper use or damages caused by exposure to water, dirt, or incorrect installation are not covered.
- In certain cases, damaged assembled cabinets may be replaced with Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) units for faster resolution.
